We just finished a 3 day sailing course with Edgar. Bruce and his instructors and boats are awesome! They are very thorough, and we had more hands on experience than I ever imagined. We stayed on the boat and enjoyed great food nearby. If you are looking for a first class operation for learning to sail, you need to go... More

We sailed a 2 hour cruise on the catamaran, "Sirius". It was a relaxing and fun time. The sunset was beautiful. We would definately do it again.

Although we had crew experience, we wanted to get bareboating credentials. We shopped schools from the Chesapeake to the BVI's. Then we discovered Capt. Bruce right in the Keys. This is a sensational value, smart place to learn the challenges of shallow water sailing...and you come away with new confidence. We covered the basics on his J-24's, then applied that... More

Capt Bruce did a great job of tailoring the course(s) to meet our experience levels so we didn't have to spend time "Learning" things we already knew. Lots of great tips and advise on sailing

My husband and I spent 5 days with the Sail Florida Keys School of sailing and had a spectacular experience. We both took the Basic Keelboating and Basic Cruising classes and my husband added on the Bareboat class. We had very limited experience and learned so much from Bruce and Edgar! They are knowledgable, patient and tons of fun! We... More

My husband and I, along with our daughter and her husband, had an outstanding trip withCaptain Bruce aboard the Sayonara, a 51 foot sailing yacht. Our son-in-law received excellent instructions and we all loved cruising and anchoring at night in the beautiful, clear waters off the Keys. The boat was clean, well kept and provisioned. Captain Bruce is a very... More

A buddy and I took the Bareboat class with Capt Bruce aboard the 51' Beneteau "Sayonara" and found the two a perfect match for teaching this course. Bruce has a depth of knowledge that goes well beyond what you will find in any book. His teaching style is serious yet light hearted, happily rewording important points until you truly understand.... We spent 5 days with Bruce in sailing class; what a great Guy!!! Very honest, friendly and professional. We learned so much from him and had such a wonderful time! The boat that we sailed on, Sayonara, a 51' Benetau; you can look at the pictures on their website, but they don't do justice to the quality and condition of... More
