DH and I were camping at the state park next door and decided to go for a drink. Very cute, with chairs along the Wekiva River, a bar, some cabanas you can rent and lots of kayaks and canoes to rent. We've never taken advantage of the bar or some of the other things going on at Wekiva Island, but we have rented canoes from them. It's a great starting point if you want to go to either Wekiva Springs or canoe towards Rock Springs.

Wekiva Island (formerly Wekiva Marina) has been around for over 30 years, although was renovated about 3 years ago when it was purchased by it's new owners.
