Very nice course....golf carts in good shape. Reasonably priced....went in the afternoon.

We played Heritage Harbor as part of a golf trip to Tampa, and it was a decent first course on the trip. Unfortunately, the greens were very sandy and tough to judge speed because of this. If not for that, I would definitely have given the course four out of five in the rating, but when greens aren't in good...

This is a neighborhood course off of Lutz Lake Fern near Cheval and TPC. The course gets a lot of play, especially on the weekends, but is very well maintained.
Winds through the neighborhood, but only feels crowded on a few holes. Tee boxes, fairways, greens, all in good shape. Fairways are a bit hard, but give plenty of roll....
