Beware of this company. They have bad customer service, false advertising, a horrible bus and the worse tour service ever! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This is not worth your time & money!

we were asked to book and pay on line then call back for a tour time. two days, and several calls later we were told that the tour we wanted was not available but we could have another tour for the full price. the sales person was very nice but i would avoid this tour company.

The Half Price Tour Tickets are absolutely waste of time. I would not recommend anybody to use that tour. We did the Miami Bus tour and regret it. I thought I was getting a great deal on an everglades tour I booked with this company, until I found out that not only was the price higher than other companies, but that the air boat ride was only 15 minutes long! Total bait and switch!!!

We booked and paid for a tour, the bus never showed up so when we went and questioned them they apologised and promised a refund. Needless to say no refund ever came, and we were given the run around. Dishonest operations that give Miami a bad name!

I looked for some Miami tours to explore the area and found a good choice of tours to suit my schedule with this company. Friendly and easy to talk to and they gave me good advice as to what I could fit in my short stay. The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining and worth trying.
