We're now approaching 2007, and the Design District will be "The Place To Be." I can't say it will be the new South Beach, but it definitely will be attracting crowds of shoppers and celebrities. Somehow this area is seen as an "attraction" but really it is a collection of high-end ultra expensive furniture stores with a few good restaurants in between scattered among several blocks. .
