The vehicles are not maintained well. Break down constantly! NO REFUNDS even after we sat there for an hour waiting to be towed. OWNERS ARE GREEDY! Customer service is non-existent!

Great tour. Dripping with sarcasm, the host poked fun at the glitzy side of South Beach and made the tour very enjoyable. Great way to spend an afternoon. It transitions from a bus tour to a boat tour and gives you a good perspective of the Miami area.
