The Conservancy of Southwest Florida is a hidden secret that I would DEFINITELY reccomend you to attend while in Naples, FL. With a hands-on Discovery Center, touch tank, and live animals, it will keep little ones fascinated for hours on end. The Conservancy also offers a shelling cruise and a sunset bird viewing cruise. Each cost $25.00/adult. We took the shelling cruise and found it to be a delightful afternoon. They took us to an all-but- deserted island that had great shelling. The knowledgeable staff pointed out wildlife on the trip to the island and back to the mainland. The cruises... more

The Conservancy of Southwest Florida a real hidden treasure. We spent the afternoon there and could easily have spent the whole day. Entry is $7.50 per person, although there is a FREE 45 minute narrated electric boat tour of the river. You see Florida nature UP CLOSE and personal!
