Very nice, upscale shopping area with very unique shops and restaurants. Loved the Wind and the Willows and the Lady From Haiti gift shops. Food at Bella Maria (owned by a pastry chef, so make sure to try a dessert) and Brambles Tea Room were excellent. Make sure to catch the New Year's Art Festival too. Very enjoyable and they... more

Ended up being a destination several times. In three nights/four days we had four meals on Fifth Avenue (wonderful dinner at Chops, breakfast at the Fifth Avenue Coffee Shop, another "breakfast" at Starbucks, and a lunch at a "Cafe" with yellow umbrellas on a side street).
