I had high expectations after all the reviews I had read and I was sadly disappointed. I'm an experienced rider and the ride was very dull because we had a 5 year old with us who had never been on a horse before. The trail guides put him on the fiestiest horse and he was scared out of his wits.... More

I would agree that the horses are very well cared for and excellently trained, the owners and guides were great, and the area you ride in is a real treat. But it's important to keep in mind that your trail ride will be executed at the level of the least experienced (or indeed non-experienced) member of the group. So no... More

“Horse back riding for all ages”

Have gone twice now and each time it was a treat for my friends who have or have never ridden a horse. Horses are sweet/ mild mannered and its a fun way to enjoy Ocala.

Thank you Jamie and Michelle for a great day. The horses were gentle, well- cared for and very well trained!! I fell in love with horseback riding all over! The trails through the beautiful woods were perfect! Can't wait to get back and do it again!! Wendy

Took my grand children there. Horses were gentle and the ride through the trail was very nice, some shady spots. Employees were very professional and great with the kids.

As a first time rider, this was a good first experience. The ride was calm and easy and the horses knew the trails so no skill was involved. What a great way to spend your afternoon! The trails are BEAUTIFUL, the horses are friendly and well behaved, and the guides are knowledgable and friendly.

Cactus Jack's Trail Rides made it very simple to make reservations. I have horseback riding experience and have went on many other trail rides however, never enjoyed it to the full extent like this experience.
