This review is over a year old as I was trying to contact someone that would answer questions and resolve the problem. We saw Manilow at the Amway Cnter in January of 2011. Tha audio was horrible, Distorted and Uncomfortably loud. Having after the show we contacted not only the Amway Center, we also contacted The ticket seller, teh management... More

Great place for concerts, but pricey parking!! The sound and access to downtown Church Street was perfect. Great happy hours near the place and great restaurants too.

I don't get to too many professional sports arenas and I just had a great time with all the action going on in the arena in Orlando. Never a dull moment. And I didn't think the cost to get in was that much either. I would live to see another basketball game there!

They didn't raise the speakers over the big screens overhead. Malfunction during concert... food was $12 for old potato wedges and 2 chicken strips (a kids meal from McDonalds would have been more filling). The caramel popcorn cost $5 and probably was worth a $1... so be prepared for inflated prices and lack luster quality.

We saw Guns n" Roses here in January. It's very pretty, comfortable seating and a great location. But the restrooms are really spread apart and they don't have a lot of stalls. They stop serving food, beer, soda, everything before midnight. Most of the times concerts or events go past that hour. So you are stuck without anything to drink... More

This was our first visit to the Amway Center. All the staff were consistently helpful, smiling, and each one told us to have a good time! This high level of friendliness and helpful staff made this a very pleasant experience! The facility is new, shiny, and very nice but it was their staff's attitude and service that made such a... What a waste of time and money! The tax payers paid $500 million dollars for a facility that isn’t set-up for music concerts. Setting in 222 we couldn't understand what was being said by Sir Elton. The music was barely recognizable. The six of us (three couples) found it better when we stood outside an exit on level one, but... More

We just walked out of the Elton John concert. We were in section 222 and could not understand anything! When he would speak, the words were unclear. The music sounds like it was echoing over itself. I felt as if we were on top of a building trying to catch a free concert. I don't blame Elton John. I blame... More

Went to Orlando Magic game. Lucky enough to sit in a Founders Level Box, so of course this added to the experience. We walked all around to various areas, though. Family friendly - didn't encounter any rowdy drunk fans - everyone was there for a good time. Lots of food choices, plenty of "in addition to the games" activities. Cheerleaders... More
