We visited with a 3-day combination pass for Universal and Islands of Adventure, with EXPRESS PASS, AND the MEAL DEAL included . All FREE for a bonus trip through my husbands company. YES...a great experience but I have a few things to point out. You MUST get the EXPRESS PASS if you are going to truly enjoy this park! I... more

I wanted my kids to experience a theme park, even though they didn't ask to. It was alot of fun with different things to do. The decor is fun. It wasn't as full of a park as I'd expected, but it allowed us to take advantage of two parks in one day. So we did Universal Studios in the afternoon... more

I was surprised at the number of roller coasters, considering that this park is said to be the best for coasters in Orlando. I live near Canada's Wonderland in Ontario, CA and each of the coasters at IoA paled in comparison to the equivalent ride at CW. CW also has many, many more roller coasters for teenagers and gen-x-ers than... more

My family went to Islands of Adventure In early June. We stayed at Univeral's Portofino Bay hotel which inlcuded express passes. We got to the park right when they opened and were able to get straight on the rides. It had picked up considerably by lunch and at that point we were really thankful for those express passes! On the... more

We visited Island of Adventure in late May. The tickets were a little expensive but it was definaelty worth it. We were there for the gates opening first thing in the morning so there was no queueing until later in the day. I would recommend going early as were were able to do a lap of the whole park in... more

We enjoy Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, but this was the first time we had to go with someone in a wheelchair. While my 11 year old daughter can transfer, she cannot walk or stand for long periods. Most of the lines for the rides in this park (good or bad, you decide) are fully accessible. You weave the wheelchair in... more

First of all the rides there were phenomenal! My personal favorite was Jurassic park. Me and my grandma went there last August And we both loved it. The food was good, customer service was pretty good, and we both thought it was way better than universal(even though it was fun too). But the only drawback was how crowded it was, not as crowded... more

Islands of Adventure has more action and roller coasters than Universal Studios. In general it's a lot of fun, I really loved the Spiderman ride, although I got a little dizzy :) The rapids ride was awesome and really makes you laugh! Just make sure to go on it while it's sunny and warm cause you'll be drenched. more

What a fun place to visit for the day. Great rides, lots to see and do. Bring a really comfortable pair of walking shoes and sunscreen. Most lines are rather long, but move pretty fast and are worth the wait. My favorite ride is The Hulk roller coaster. After a great day at the park you can enjoy city walk's... more

Disney has nothing to worry about with Universal in it's back yard. The rides and coasters were fun, but overall I was disappointed with the atmosphere. The crowd seemed more crude than you would find a Disney, maybe because they serve beer at many of the kiosks and restaurants. The park wasn't as clean as Disney and the employees weren't... more
