Lovely grounds for a pleasant walk. The historical importance of this area is amazing. The park employees and volunteers were very knowledgable and enthusiastic. I highly recommend a visit.

Easy walk with guided tours and lots of information. We happened to be there on the Sunday when the volunteers, dressed in period clothing, staffed the various exhibits.. We were told that this in NOT every Sunday. Suggest you call before you go.

An interesting way to spend an afternoon and learn some of the history of the area and imagine what Florida was in the early period....Just amazing.

Marsha was our docent and gave a remarkable tour. History, archaeology, scenic beauty combine to provide a very good experience.
