There is a $8/vehicle to get in the park but it is well worth it. There is a pier, which you can fish from. There is a pond with a deck that displays alligators, sometimes you see them, sometimes you don't. The sand dunes are amazing. They are huge and pristine white with sea oats. We camped here for one night and found the camp sites very cramped. It was very busy for a Thursday night in my opinion, but I guess that's to be expected during the summer months. The trails and beach are very nice and worth the money, but I wouldn't camp out here again. more

Combine a visit to St. Andrews State Park with a stay at the Sunset Inn, condo and you have the best of both worlds. This is our favorite get away and we hope to go there soon. You just won't believe the beauty of it all. dirtdigger more

Well worth the $5. We walked the Alligator Lake Trail which was not well signed but a really enjoyable walk. Saw lots of wildlife --- birds, squirrels and a big black snake sunning himself on a rock but no alligators. Walked around the marina and the Turpentine Distillery.
