Shell Island was fun for me & my children we rode out there on a jet-ski it's very nice & well kept the kids can find shells about everywhere on the island.so all together it was a relaxing fun experience for the whole family!

Beautiful, beautiful water! This island is so serene, and the dolphins are amazing here! I always take the jet ski exurcursion, highly recommended!

You have to go fishing in the water for the shells, but the island itself is quiet and scenic. You have to go through the state park to get there, which is also beatuful and worth the trip just for the views!

Captain Anderson's three hour cruise is a must. Two hours sailing and one hour on Shell Island. The captain and crew are top shelf and they make sure you know who the customer is. Dolphin sightings included and the boat is very nice with plenty of room to walk around on both decks.

The Shell Island Shuttle was not worth the cost of the trip. We had much better views and shelling from other areas near the island. It was very pretty, but not what we expected, with very few shells to be found.

First of all they charge you to enter the state park and the again for the shuttle I think it should be all inclusive. The captain was fun. I cannot say how many postcard worthy pictures I got out of this trip! It is an absolutely gorgeous island!

I love some aspects of shell island. We took the St. Andrews Bay shuttle and it takes you to the bay side. You have a decent walk to get to the gulf side.
