...at least it looks like it, which is why we're saving up for next year. We just paid the stand-and-watch admission price, but got to see some pretty neat dolphin tricks, etc. Also, there's a nice beach and little walking park.

My 9 year old daughter and I had the pleasure of hanging out with "Pebbles". You must understand that this is an educational facility, so there are not a lot of activities and no shows. Really the only activities are the dolphin adventures, but they are truly a great joy. It is a little pricey, but my daughter was absolutely... More

I had friends visiting from Canada and we signed up 2 of us for the Dolphin Art experience. It was so awesome. You get to pick your colors and hold a canvas over the side of the Dolphin tank and the Dolphin paints you a picture. What a grand work of art. It was one of the least expensive Dolphin... More

I visited their website in March and made reservations for my daughters to swim with the Dolphins (The Immersion program) on April 5, 2012. I knew ahead of time that this was not going to be like Discovery Cove and that is OK. All my daughters wanted to do is to be in the water with dolphins. The experience for... More

Went there recently and it's not even comparable to what it was in it's prime. No interaction with Dolphins, pretty boring for the $$$$'s.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Marineland Dolphin Adventure is an observational and educational facility. You're correct that there is no interaction with dolphins for the price of general admission ($8.50). This price gives everyone a chance to visit our historic facility and see these amazing animals. For a more close-up experience with the dolphins, we do provide... More

Our 5 year old daughter wanted to visit "Winter" from the movie Dolphin Tale while we were in Florida. Since that was 4 hours from where we were staying we decided to give this a try. I knew because of Spring Break, they would probably book up quickly and I ordered our tickets 2 weeks in advance. Because of her... More

They closed down and re-opened. This is a tourist trap for sure. Very long wait to be very disappointed.

We visited Marineland last week while in St. Augustine and were hoping to interact with the dolphines. Unfortunately, they were booked up until April 13th!! Wow! So if you plan a trip, I'd call ahead or reserve online to avoid disappointment. We got general admission tickets and were able to see some dolphins -- and other people interacting with them.... My 12 year old daughter wanted to "swim with dolphins" and we came from Virginia to Marineland largely for this experience. She really enjoyed it and learned a great deal from the staff. It was completely worth it. After looking at the website we knew what to expect, and everything was just as advertised. The staff we met were very... More
