St. Augustine was a bit far from Kissimmee where we were staying, but I really wanted to live the experience of swimming with dolphins and Discovery Cove was closed for maintenance for the whole week. I’m glad we made the trip. The experience was fantastic! It was a little expensive, but we were lucky we were the only ones there,... more

A very nice experience to visit. Beautifully located next to the Atlantic Ocean. This makes you feel like you are close to the habitat of the Dolphins etc. Swimming with the Dolphins is something one can do here and even if I didn't, I wish I would have. Those who did seemed to have a wonderful time. The entrance fee... more

Recently my husband, two daughters & I went to St.Augustine for vacation. Before we went, I happened upon some information for Marineland, specifically about being able to swim with dolphins! We didn't make our reservations until we arrived in FL, as we were waiting to see how the weather was. (Can't give up a good beach day when you're visiting... more

I took my wife and two teenagers to visit Marineland, hoping they'd enjoy it half as much as I remembered visiting with my parents. Unfortunately, there's not much to see or do unless you want to spend a bunch of money to swim with the dolphins. General admission is $8, and for that you can walk over to the dolphin... more

Marineland barely meets the requirements for handicapped visitors. When we visited in February, my son was in a wheelchair. We had to go around to the rear doors to gain entry because only one of the double doors in the front opens, the other is bolted shut. The staff made him feel like a second class citizen. All of the... more

DO NOT GO!!!! A trip to Marineland this past weekend - my 3-1/2 year old granddaughter was asked to "sign" the disclaimer form. Lucky for us, she can print her name - unlucky for them, had there been a problem I doubt if their form and ridiculous request of her signature would have held up in any court of law.... more

I wasn't sure what to expect when my husband and I took a recent trip here. I had been here as a kid and was surprised to see a lot has changed. This is not your big Florida theme park. This is more personal. You can actually spend all day playing fetch with a dolphin if you want. They toss... more

My boyfriend and I reserved the "Immersion" experience: 75 minutes (30 minutes with dolphins). While not cheap ($179+tax per person), it was experience of a lifetime for us. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had in addition to the general tour. After that we were given vests and masks, and entered the water in a group... more

I cannot believe I just wasted $24.00 to go watch dolphins swim around in a tank. Then my wife reached up to pet a dolphin who stuck his head over then the side of the tank and was yelled at by one of the workers for doing so. We have been in St Augustine now for a week and this... more

This is a wonderful experience. The fee was very minimal in comparison to other attractions. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to explain things and be helpful. If you are expecting a Sea World type experience then don't bother. This is a Dolphin Conservation Center geared to making a more personable experience. The fees go... more
