There is abundant wildlife in this park, and it lies in the heart of the city. There is a very nice aviary that houses birds of prey that are not able to be released back to the wild due to injury. I am a regular visitor and member of this park. I go there several times a week to photograph... more

I can not unreservedly recommend Boyd Hill, but it is definitely worth the $2 admission if you are not in the market for driving thirty to forty-five minutes to see a park of a similar caliber. If you are, then I'd take Lettuce Lark Park or Hillsborough River State Park over Boyd. But for being right here in St. Pete,... more
