Sanford is transforming it's self into the Art Mecca for the Orlando and Central Florida art scene. The "old Florida" city with historic buildings, Live Oaks and brick paved streets has the bones to be something special and apparently artists are picking up on that. Gallery On First is part of Jeanine Taylor's Folk Art Gallery. It is one of the few places that is helping Sanford to become a great place to visit. First St. is gifted with beautiful old architecture that makes this area perfect for quaint little gift shops, restaurants and bars. There are a handful there now and they are struggling... More
