Beautifully kept aquariums greet you upon entering the first room. I have never seen such a large stone crab in my life! Many of the sea creatures are available to be touched and studied up close. There are a bevy of volunteers there to assist children and teach them about these amazing creatures. Moving on to the outside, we go... more

If you have family or friends visiting this is a great place to go . Adults and children both enjoy it. Lots of hands-on experiences from feeding the stingrays to handling hermit crabs. Even my teen nieces liked it! Always new things to see on the trail and the unusual souvenirs in the gift shop has something for evveryone. more

We stay about two blocks away on vacation and had never visited until this year. Our two boys 6 and 5 loved it. We were able to feed stingrays and they spent a lot of time in the touch tanks exploring the shells and animals. This isn't a destination in itself, but a super way to spend an afternoon exploring. more
