Decatur Beerfest a couple of years ago was our first visit; an impressive town square.
The walk around this square had history, culture, and beauty. Felt like you could enjoy this anytime.
This area is filled with cute shops from clothing to local crafts and top of the line art. Cafes, Tapas resturants and diners
We have a small-town feel right next to Atlanta with tree-lined sidewalks, frequent community events and amazing restaurants.
This is a avery updated square lots of cafes and shops for a good 3 block radius.
enjoyed walking around and viewinig art work. very pretty
The shops are delightful, the resturants give a variety to eat, the people are nice. On Saturdays in the summer, there are concerts. It's a great place.
The Decatur Square is always what is happening. Great streetside cafes and whimsical bookstore and hip boutique shopping. My family visits quite often.
We do not live close to Decatur Square, which is our loss. We haven't been to nearly all the restaurants we want to try, but one by one we'll get to them eventually.
We loved all the shops, loads of restaurants and places to sit outside and just people watch. They did have a Marta station there as well in case you might not want to drive. Hubby & I enjoyed all the shops we saw and we did not even see all of them. Will definitely go again.
