Check out the website. It is accurate. They only thing it leaves out is how much your family will love you if you take them. Plan to stay at least two nights to enjoy it all. If you have your own bikes, bring them. Bike rental is not cheap. We have stayed at the villas (meh) and the cottages (yay!).... More

If you like plants and flowers and butterflies and birds, you will love Callway Gardens. Be careful to get good directions and estimates of walking distances, sometimes the signage is lacking a bit and the signs never indicated distance.

Pine Mountain, including Callaway Gardens is a great place to take the kids. We have been going to Callaway for years to enjoy the scenery in the summer time, and the fantasy of lights at Christmas is awesome. They are a bit pricey, but overall, it gets the whole family back to nature.

Lovely gardens and we could have spent more time there!

We went to see the azaleas but, unfortunately due the warm winter they had already bloomed. It was still a very beautiful garden with wonderful paved biking trails. Our family spent the entire day.
