Stone Mountain is a giant carving (ala Mt. Rushmore) of the Confederare Leaders Jefferson Davis, Stonewall Jackson, and Robert E. Lee. It's impressive. You pay $8 to park in the park and you can just walk to the foot of the mountain. We parked near the 1 mile trail that leads to the top of the mountain. Lots of sweaty... more
