Pros..skyline ride was fantastic with breathtaking views, lots of little trinket shops and food vendors, history lesson was very informative and I didn't get bored with it, grounds were nice and staff was helpful. There is so much to see and do here. They enjoyed learning about the history as well. The kids loved the new Rope climbing!!! Just remember that it can be very crowded and it is HOT in Atlanta in July. Make sure you have plenty of water.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how much there was to see and do here! The Duck Ride was lots of fun with Howard as our guide, and the top of the "mountain" was breathtaking! We also learned a lot about its history and enjoyed the self-guided tour of a plantation across from the park. Another great feature... More

My 13 year old son and I just visited the park this past weekend. He's been many times, but there are things to do for all ages at the park. The new laser show is better than ever. If you plan to hike up the mountain, be prepared. It is a difficult hike. Definitely, bring water!!

Loved the antebellum plantation, and the carving on stone mountain. We hiked up the mountain and traded a guy and his family who took the skylift up some bottled water and lunch for their tickets down because my family refused to walk down the mountain. My son loved the train, he swore it was Thomas the train, after trying to... More

I first visited as a child, and have seen it a couple of times since. This is a remarkable feat of workmanship on a massive scale. It doesn't flash, light up, move, make noise, or involve simulated slaughter of zombies or policemen---thank god!!!

We enjoyed the park and the root of the laser show, brought us back to being proud of what America used to be. The laser show brings the family back together after a tiring day!

Our family of five (kids ages 13, 10 & 5) and another family of three (child age 5) had a blast yesterday at Stone mountain Park! We got the Gold Adventure pass which included all of the attractions, lunch, unlimited coke products, and VIP Terrace seating with drinks & popcorn for the lasershow. Considering the price of drinks invidually &... More

We went to Stone Mountain the weekend of May 4th to celebrate my son's 5th birthday. We had a great time! My daughter, almost 7 yr old, loved the Duck Ride (extra cost). Our driver had a british accent and was so funny. Everyone on the boat sang Happy Birthday to my son. Great experience. We enjoyed the skylift, mini... More
