We had the same experience at Tybee Island Bait & Tackle. We rented a boat that was trashy and had been eaten up by the otters. My family was visiting Tybee and made a reservation one week in advance for renting a boat at Tybee Island bait & tackle. My husband and I enjoy fishing and their ad stated they have live bait and that the boat has a live bait well. They did have a power outage that explained no live bait but the well... more
