The World Center For Birds of Prey was outstanding. I only had about 3 hours and wish that I had more time. The birds were incredible -- those on display are not able to be released -- and the docent was incredibly knowledgeable about the birds and the breeding program. The Interpretive Center at World Center for "Birds of Prey" is amazing. The last vistor review is way off base. First the intent is not to "cage thousands of birds from around the world" so people can come stare at them. If that is what you are looking for, then you've chosen the wrong place. When I hear the words "World Center" I imagine a huge place with thousands of birds from all over the world. This just isn't so. My entire (adult) family went here and we were bored out of our minds. We visited the center on July 1, 2006. The staff was extremely friendly and there was a Golden Eagle and a hawk on display in the yard when we got there.
