We recently spent a morning at the gardens and they are lovely! I am an avid gardener, but my husband is not. He was fascinated with the gardens, so that speaks volumes. The traditional gardens are beautiful, a children's garden is under construction, and the Lewis and Clark gardens are fascinating. The Lewis and Clark gardens wind up the hillside... more

I spent 2 1/2 enjoyable hours here in early September. Although the summer flowers were fading & the fall flowers not yet in bloom, it was still very pretty. The Lewis & Clark section is educational for the history buff & affords an excellent view of the city. The wooded meditation garden is the place for a refreshing break. The... more

Beautiful place to enjoy an afternoon. Located next to the Old Pen, you can come right over and experience several gardens: the Rose Garden, Desert Garden, Children's Garden, etc... There are pretty water features around and there's also a tiny gift store with neat bookmarks for purchase as well as some gardening tools and books. Friendly staff and a great... more
