It's a simple little resort that does not pretend to be something it's not. the staff are great the food ok, and the fun just keeps on happening.

Well, this place sits on the ridge of the dividing line between both states. So, you can visit both states while you're there. Just walk through the doorway in the lodge between the states. You can have a great time with the whole family because there is a variety of steep and deep and gentle groomed slope. There are 3 terrain park areas for goofing around in. hate to even review it....if you like big fancy lodge ski resorts...well don't go here. if you like a place that is tucked away, much fewer people, but still great slopes, cool atmosphere...this might work.

Always ski opening day of the season at Lookout! Great mountain, great people.Excellent powder!! Boomer Fridays Rock! If your over 40 ski for $24 on Fridays!

Lookout Pass Ski Area is located right off I-90 on the Idaho/Montana border, some of the runs actually go through both states! This is a really friendly comfortable place to ski, with free-style, black diamond and plenty of intermediate slopes. There aren't long lift lines, and run by the nicest people.
