a lots of very good clubs and jukes in Chicago if you're blues fan like me, but for the top still Buddy Guy's legend, the place is very staff friendly, good food and still quite cheap. If you're a musician like me you will also appreciate the sound quality. 10$ cover during the week day and 20$ in week-end.

The music at kingston mines was really good, but the music at buddy guy's was TOP NOTCH! I can't say enough. Even a friend who doesn't like the blues enjoyed herself. Very crowded - if you want a seat, get there early and have dinner while you are waiting.

Superb music whenever I have visited. I like that there is no cover charge until almost 9:00 pm with great music before than. Cover charge is reasonable even after that with the quality of musicians.

Here for a blues Jam on a Monday night, and I thought the highlight was seeing Kate Moss shred some guitar, but then Buddy Guy made a surprise apperarance and screamed a couple songs in between shots of vodka on stage. Great venue, great time, and solid blues

Great venue with cheap food and drinks to complement the non-stop music. Buddy even showed up for a song to two and was obviously having a blast, as was all of the crowd. Too bad it cost ten dollars to get in, but this newer version of his old club hits the mark for a good time.
