A trip to the visitor's gallery is a must, especially for out of town visitors. It is a treat to watch all of the activity that goes on in the "pit", an education in it's self.

Interesting place, but be advised you probably can't get into the observation deck that was in the ferris bueller movie. The facade has a an interesting story. Also be aware of your surrondings in this part of town. Seems to be junkie central.
I have been involved in the commodity business for more than 35 years. My office is in this building
This buidling imposes respect. If you stand in front of it and look up, it looks ver gloomy... and cool! The best photo opportunity is probably found by walking two/three blocks down and quickly taking a picture when crossing the street (when the walk light is green of course).
I took a tour of this facility on a company outing. We obtained an excellent tour to understand the trading floor and the activities that occur today.
You can't get in any more but the street view is awesome.
Elegant architure. When I was a child Ceres frightened me. I guess Storrs did a brilliant job of depicting death.
In the heart of the Chicago Financial District, this is where all the movin' and shakin' is going on. But DO check out the architecture -- it's marvelous!
Check out the incredible Art Deco Lobby. A true architectural gem
