Last month I visited the museum. The exhibits were good. Not as imaginative or creative but enough to get by. Last year I attended some of the programs an they were outstanding. I do know that this museum has potential but needs serious help with it marketing. Nice place to visit but please someone help them get the word out. more

The DuSable Museum of African American History was a bit hit with my family - small enough for a comfortable tour and unusual enough to interest everyone. We all learned things about America we had never known before and really enjoyed discovering the beautiful South Side of Chicago. more
