Went a while back. Hillarious comedy. Politically minded. more
First of all when you walk in you see photos of all the well-known comedians that have come through Second City Chicago. This part is great, but the show was even better. I have not laughed so hard for a long time. The show was two parts with an intermission in-betweek. Afterwards the performers did about 45 minutes of improv,... more
For the price of the tickets you will not find a better time. The comics were sharp and the entire performance was spot on. Drinks were your typical overpriced, but not bad for amount and quality. I have not laughed so hard in a long time. By far the best comedy club there is. I can now understand why all... more
I went while in Chicago for a few days in July. What a waste of time!!! We walked out before the show was over…not only was it not funny, the skits were just plain stupid. If you’re thinking about going to a comedy club in Chicago….don’t waste your time with this one. I’ve seen better shows at my local Funny... more

I have been to two Second City shows (the most recent being Iraqtile Dysfunction), and both were very funny and witty. The drinks from the bar are mediocre, but the service is attentive and, again, the shows are very funny. The politics are a bit left of center, but if you have a sense of humor, it is definitely worth... more
Excellent show - we attended "Iraqtile Dysfunction" and loved it. Great cast, great service and a really fun night. Highly recommended! more
Read the reviews. I wish we had seen them before attending. This show is terrible. We have seen many shows at Second City as well, and this was one of the worst. more
