Went with my wife for Memorial Day week-end and enjoyed everything, exept the weather, too hot!

I'd had higher hopes for a short (1.5 hour or so) cruise on the Windy. While the views of the skyline are gorgeous, the cruise itself leaves much to be desired. Our group (myself, a friend and my preteen niece) had purchased tickets online for what was supposed to be a 'special event cruise' (the life of a sailor on... More

I enjoyed the opportunity to raise the sails. The architecture of the city skyline was very good, not overwhelming with lots of details. ReAlly enjoyed the experience....first time on a sail boat.

My husband and I took this wonderful Pirate Tour yesterday! It is truly a must do at Navy Pier! The tour is approximately 90 minutes long. Our tour featured pirate stories of Lake Michigan as well as an architecture explanation of the buildings around Navy Pier. The crew is truly amazing and really seems to love what they do! This... We thought it would be a beautiful day for a sail, but even though the flags were blowing the sailboat was really slow!! We have sailed a lot and thought this would be really nice but it was not what we expected. It is a nice way to see the skyline from the water.

This attaction was a disappointment. The guides are dressed as pirates and spend the majority of the tour talking about sailors in the Great Lakes. They totally fixated on two smaller children and did their presentation just for them. It was very odd. The ship also doesn't live the area around the Navy Pier at all. The river boat architectual... We were walking up Navy Pier and decided to take a little 75 minute day cruise, a lady dressed as a Pirate told storys of pirates in Chicago!! Her name was Michella and she was VERY knowledgeable! the story telling takes place for about 30-40 minutes and the rest is a leisurly cruise about Lake Michigan. There was a lot... More

I love pirates so of course when I seen this pirate ship sitting at Navy Pier I had to go on it. We chose the Haunted Harbor tour cause when you mix pirates and ghosts it has to be good. I was not disappointed! The crew dressed the part and allowed people on the boat to help raise the sails... More

Enjoyed this trip mostly for the show put on by the pirates. I enjoyed watching the show so much that I often forgot to view the water. This is not a tour where they explain what the buildings are but it is a delightful show on the water.
