Fun and friendly atmosphere. When the new buffet opens the food should be much better than Paula Deen was. No one under the age of 21 allowed in casino. Children not welcome.
clean and safe a lot of excitement and good food.great place to spend a couple hours a lot of different slots and table games
Favorite casino for slots and tables. Always seems to have good payouts and variety of casino games. Food is excellent at Reserve Restaurant. Hotel is easy access to casino floor. Very well managed, people are hospitable and casino is CLEAN!
It was our first time to visit Windy City and we decided to stay at a hotel with Casino. Harrahs is everything we can ever ask for. Friendly staff, free internet, valet park... Clean rooms, delicious food. I mean you name it. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
This casino was meh. Nothing great, nothing bad. We've been to Vegas and Atlantic City Harrahs and this was the same thing. Slots were tight. Actually tighter than most it seemed and there is smoking allowed which is a deal breaker for me.

For starters, I am not a gambler and did not set foot in the casino. As for the hotel part, very nice. Room was VERY reasonably priced, especially for the size of the room. Roomy bathroom. Free parking. Not many options for restaurants, however we did find a great pub (Chicago Street Pub) within walking distance.
I'm not a gambler and only allocate $20 for the slots. I walked out of there with $55 and was happy. The casino was empty and quiet, probably since it was mid week. I would return.
