your average state park in northern illinois. good walking trails and bog area. Too bad they removed most of the bog trails with the floating dock :(

Good place to get away from the crowds and take a short hike on well-maintained paths. Good for cross-country skiing in the winter, but bring your own skis - they no longer rent.
