Depressing! This mall used to be the place to go growing up. Now, more and more stores (long-term tenants included) are gone. Any mall Simon Properties takes over dies a slow, painful death. I was elated to hear someone else just bought this mall and can maybe breathe some life back into it!

Southpark has a few of the "big name" stores like JcPenney, Sears, and Victoria's Secret, but besides that, it's nothing special at all. There are a lot of empty spaces and the building and parking lot seem so old. The stores and restaurants outside of the mall have gotten better, but I suppose if there is nothing else to do... More

If you like empty store fronts, this is the mall for you. It looks like an early 1970's construction that has outlived it's purpose by about 20 years. It is totally bombed out. The main center aisle looks like a flea market. What happened here? They need to tear it down and start over.

Well it was big I mean your typical big mall just nothin else to do here.
