With so few "unique" things to do in this area, the Channel Cat is a fine exception. When I have visitors from out of town, this is the one that we always do - they love it!

With so few "unique" things to do in this area, the Channel Cat is a fine exception. When I have visitors from out of town, this is the one that we always do - they love it!
Not very practical for a way around town, but the kids loved to get on the river and the price wasn't bad. We rode the Cat to TGI Fridays and ate dinner and rode it back, but we were pushing it for time, a lunch date would have been better.
We love to use the water taxi ,nice ride on the Mississippi and can use the bike trail and take bikes on the taxi and ride both Iowa and Illinois bike trails
It happens regularly. We were unable to re-board the Channel Cat at John Deere Commons, Moline, the occupancy limit was reached. We could have waited an hour to see if there was room on its next circuit, or another hour for its next.
