This "beach" is actually a quarry that has a nice sand play area. Goes from zero depth to a roped off area 15 ft. deep with diving boards. A little pricey if you don't have a season pass if you have a large family but well worth it. Chairs are available but if a crowded holiday or weekend better bring... More

Having grown up in Naperville and lived at the "beach" during the summers to taking my children there when they were young, this remains a terrific spot for children young and old. It is great to have sand for children to play in and then a graduated depth swimming area before another area of the former quarry that is roped... More

Clean, and unique swimming hole! Lots of lifeguards and they have an adult swim only .....every hour! If you want to get away from the little ones. Plop yourself on the deep water side. Much quieter. They need better food stands however.

Great place to chill out at on a summers day. Plenty of hot bodies here so tone up and bring plenty of sunscreen.

Our favorite part of Centennial Beach is adult float every weekend between 9 and 11 - bring your own floats, no kids allowed! It's only $10/pp for non-residents. Then relax on the grass as long as you like. The quarry is large enough to fit crowds and there's still room. The lifeguards are very attentive.

Lots of fun! Beautiful area! The riverwalk and downtown Naperville is beautiful! The beach water was a little cold, but hot outside so just perfect.
