Bought the expensive, upgraded package for my daughter's birthday, drove 2 hours to the castle and found it CLOSED! They cancelled the performance and didn't bother to phone or e-mail us. My daughter cried all the way home, her birthday was ruined, and worst of all, we can't get anyone there to refund our money. Would not recommend at all. more
