The extraordinary exhibits in this relatively small museum gave me a better "feel" for the battlegrounds of WW I, WW II, and Vietnam than any movie I've ever seen. This isn't the place for very young children, but for anyone over the age of 11, I believe this is a great place to visit. And it costs only $5 for... More

This is a gem of a museum for anyone with any interest in our military history. It is included with admission to the grounds and I highly recommend anyone coming here take the time to visit this museum.

One of the best museum in the area. Gives the best recount of WWI. Even keeps the kid's attention with the cannons and tanks.

I spent several years taking a group of boys here. Boy do they love it and I did too. The tanks outside that children can climb are in a lovely, shaded setting. I could sit and enjoy their fun and pretend shooting noises. The museum inside is very moving and not graphic in a disturbing way. An information and respectful... More

The set up of this museum is very unique and does a great job presenting their WWII artifacts. They also have many tanks displayed outside that kids and adults can climb on and explore.

This is one of the best small military museums I have visited; it covers the history of the 1st Division from its early days including the Civil War, WWI and WWII, and Vietnam. The exhibits are creative and very realistic. Outside of the building are parked various armored vehicles, including those from other countries. The grounds are beautifully maintained. If... More

Love the tanks outside, and a very nice World War 1 and 2 exhibits however the modern era of War on Terror has no real section or displays.
