Great for a small zoo. They are improving. Just wish they could fill in all the exhibits so there's not much walking area without seeing an animal.

I grew up in Evansville and have seen many zoos and gardens around the world.For a small town of about 125,000 people,thisa is one impressive zoo.It holds it's own against facilities in most cities of 1,000,000 or more inhabitants.Worth a visit!

We have been to Mesker Park Zoo several times. It is a nice small zoo that you can see in half a day. The flowers and trees are also beautiful!

Pleasantly surprised. Educational and fun. We saw some animals I had never seen. While there are some bigger fancier zoos like Cincinatti zoo, this is still a very nice zoo. And without the crowds, you can take your time to learn and observe. Well worth the trip.

Going back recently for the first time in a while, the changes made have made it flow so much better (no more giant hill to walk up when you first walk in). Great variety of animals, plenty of places to picnic and reasonably priced food if you eat there. Great zoo

Visit here atleast once a year. Lots of walking and no animals for a while. They need to get some new exhibits.

This is a small but nice place to visit and take the kids. It doesnt have many animals.
