What a great museum! Housed in an 1877 hotel building in the lovely town of Decorah, it contains four floors of Norwegian history, concentrating on the immigrant experience. Vesterheim is the coolest museum in Iowa! You learn a lot about Norwegians, Norway history, and Norway customs! There is a lot of stuff to look at! I should know, I LIVE THERE!!!!!!!!!!
