The cave was very neat, but a VERY short tour for the money. We ate at their restraunt and it was not that great.

We have visited the cave twice, and will be back again! The tour is an easy walk through a beautiful cave. Small tour groups with knowledgible guides and interactive tours make this a very enjoyable excursion. Be sure to ask for the AAA discount if you're eligible.

We were the last tour of the day (4:30) and the only ones so we had a private tour. It was very informative and beautiful. The drive in the surrounding area is beautiful.

A couple of weeks ago we spent the week in Cave City, KY and went to: Diamond Caverns, 2 Mammoth Cave tours, Kentucky Caverns (at Kentucky Down Under>awesome place to pet a kangaroo!), and Hidden River Cave. Next we were going to go to Lost River Cave but our guide at Hidden River suggested we go to Cub Run Cave.... More

A friend told me about this cave and my boyfriend and I went to this one before going to Mammoth Cave. Much better preservation than mammoth cave. Tons of neat formations and also some wildlife. Guide was friendly and informative.

This is a hidden jewel. Very comfortable walk. The most interesting sights in the area. I've been to Mammoth Cave twice, Meremec Caverns, Ruby Falls and Diamond Caverns. This place beats them all. Single best cave tour I've been on.

We went to an Amish General Store called Detweiler's General Store. Not a big place, but really neat. It is owned and ran by an Amish Family. It is really a cute place. And the Bread and Butter Pickles are Incredible.

Cub Run Cave is the most amazing cave tour & formations that I have visited in the Eastern US. Definitely worth the drive & time. The tour guide was very friendly & informative. Very easy access & walk through the cave. Very little elevation change. I recall one set of a few steps.
