We stopped here on the advice of the very friendly tourist office in Frankfort. In addition to seeing Daniel Boone's grave, there is a great panoramic view of the Frankfort from up on the hill. more

If you love history or just curious about people, this cemetary is wonderful. The burial place of Daniel Boone and wife Rebecka, (they were disintered in Missouri and reburied in Frankfort), adds extra attraction, but it is a very old style cemetary, with tombstones popping up in unexpected places.
