Wow. We didn't have a specific plan for the day but heard about glassworks, so we went for the tour and let the kids do small projects in the workshop. Really fun (for older kids -- I wouldn't bring anyone under 10 there!).

This is my favorite local tour--I've been several times! Very interesting. There are opportunities to make something of your own too--we blew an ornament and used glass to make jewelry--fun!

Glassworks is a great educational experience for the young and old and the art room makes for great fun with older kids or girls night out.
