This is a must see bridge, I had the history of this but some how i lost it.But i know you will enjoy this for it's part of our past...
It took us a while to find this one, even with a GPS, ( the key is to put in Redmon Road, and then Colville Road) but when we did, I was excited. I think you would have to have a passion for these bridges to appreciate it, but if you do, then you need to check this one out....

One of only 13 covered bridges left in the commonwealth of Kentucky, the Colville bridge was built in 1877 in Bourbon County near Paris. It was extensively renovated after it was damaged by floods in 1997 and was recently reopened to traffic and is one of only a handful of covered bridges that can be driven through.
