Very friendly staff , lots of cabins and exhibits to see. You can wander round at your leisure which is always good. more
The re-creations blend in well with the original structures to show a nice representation of life in the bayou country in the early years. The real treat is the live music on Sunday afternoons. This is an Acadian Village set up with buildings that were brought in from surrounding areas... Some of the buildings consists of a school, church, blacksmith and several houses...
