A beautiful place for concerts. Acoustics are excellent, food is very good but some of the shows a little expensive. However, I have only seen one bad concert there and I have been to quite a few. I highly recommend it.

Located in a beautiful rural setting this venue is unique for appreciating current name music acts. Offering excellent dinner before the show and being able to see big name acts in such a small and beautiful setting is a treat. Afterwards the artist come out to talk and be with the audience in a restored post and beam barn. Always... More

Getting to SMAC is a trial. To say it is off the beaten path is an understatement. However, once you're there, settle in. Wish we could have made it in time for dinner, but we arrived only for the show. The staff were extremely welcoming and accomodating and got us settled in to excellent seats. We love the venue and... Hidden in the hills, this is a first quality establishment. Gorgeous dramatic building. Food was superb from appetizers to entrees to deserts. Do not pass up going to this place

We had our wedding here in September 2011. A gorgeous venue and a great on-site staff. This is a small town operation and the staff is very busy; if you don't hear back from folks immediately, be persistent! It's worth it! The day-of was perfect. The ceremony was well-accommodated. The cocktail hour and the horse and buggy were fun and... More

Stone Mountain Arts might possibly be the best , most unique, music venue in the country! It is run by Carol Noonan, a musician who cares and knows from experience what both the audience and the artist wants. She gets it right on all fronts. Extremely nice staff, great ambiance, fantastic food and the music is top notch, whether a... More

We live in eastern Maine, more than two hours away from SMAC, so it wasn't easy to find the time to visit. But we finally made the trek and it was so worth it. It's a gorgeous venue in the middle of nowhere that has a wonderful ambiance. If you arrive early, you can have a drink in the newly... More

The Stone Mountain Arts Center is located in the woods in Brownfield, Maine- but don't let that scare you off. This place is fantastic to visit for a great time, food, and entertainment. The music is A1 with Carol Noonan bringing the best acts to the stage. If you're lucky, you might even get to see her and her sister... More
