We went for the sale for the Holiday week end, on all Ice Fishing !! All winter clothing on sale also....

Great bargains there when we visited, especially for outdoor clothing/accessories. Found some great souvenirs and gifts. I'm a BIG fan of Stonewall Kitchen products, and purchased a number of items there. I realized after that Stonewall Kitchen is a short drive from there!

don't let the get away with rating a used gun a 98% to new only to find out when you get there that there are parts missing on the gun from new!

the store is huge, every outdoor sport or leisure activity you could think of. Good brands of clothing. It is very expensive though. I was looking at mugs that said Maine on them. Made in China, and 9 dollars each, maybe if it was made in Maine...but definitely not China!

We used to really like this store but on a recent visit we found it to be way overpriced. Customer service has declined as well. Much rather we shop at LL Bean.

A huge, beautiful store that provides an exhillerating shopping experience for anyone into "outdoorish" pursuits. You'll find stuffed animal trophies all over the place, including bears, moose, large fish, fowl, and felines. Their gun room is the size of a supermarket! As for the sales personnel, they 're friendly, enthusiastic, with expert knowledge of their products.

I just got back from the food drive, bring in cans of food and receive a gift certificate. Store opens at 9AM. At 9:06 all the gift certificates were gone but they 10% off coupons for that day only. I went to the Kittery Trading Post recently and it was an unforgetable experience. Its sort of overwellming when you walk through the front door into a store full of greatness! I bought a fishing rod for a great deal and she casts like a dream. I highly reccomend going to the posts ASAP.
