Higgins Beach. Where do I begin? It is a wonderful place to visit, although if your a tourist, it can be very crowded and parking is not only expensive, but its also hard to find with only one tiny parking lot. The beach its self though is gorgous. The sand is fine and soft and the water is cristle clear.... more
