This place was filthy and everything seemed old and run-down.

Gross, disgusting, rude. This place is infested with low life people. There were nasty clumps of hair weave floating in the wave pool and on the water slides. It seemed like a fight or brawl was about to erupt every few minutes. I will NEVER return to this place.

This park is not kept very clean, the rides are lackluster, and its honestly never been in a position to compete with the better parks on the 95 corridor.

water park for little ones rocks--they won't get bored. The mini theme park within with Thomas and Friends is also great--plenty of rides for the little ones (parents can ride with) and the actual Thomas train (line to ride can be long) has eyes that move. I don't understand, however, what the zero-gravity ride is doing there in Thomas Land... More

I'm from DC, so I've seen the transition from Wild World to Adventure World to Six Flags America. That's right: from cheap, high, to expensive. But, if you do basic research, you can get discounts and coupons to halve the close to fifty dollars entry fee. Besides, it's now a theme park AND water park. I have been on every... More

Really long lines, not so pleasent staff at times, foul language from others, food that was okay but not great. Haven't been there is over 3 years and don't plan on returning.

One word "GHETTO" describes it pretty close. Unfriendly staff, unruly crowd, many rides don't work, ones that do have huge lines. I had been going to this park since it was adventure world every weekend during summer, and it was great. Shortly after changing to sixflags this park became horrible. I still go to sixflags but never again to Bowie,... More

my family and I visited six flags america during spring break, if you don't want much of a crowd, do a spring break visit, problem is that since its still a bit cold, a lot of the coaster rides start late, around 12n too let the tracks warm up (as they tell us), the water park is closed (too cold... I was born & raised about 8 miles from this park. I remember back when it was Wild World & then Adventure World. This place is a joke punchline, seriously. If you decide to visit, be prepared for long lines, unruly kids AND adults & just a poorly kept park. Ghetto is not a strong enough word. Trust me, just... More
