Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

They allowed more people in the theater than seats, we had two teenage girls trying to squeeze into the one seat next to us, constantly moving around and talking. There were also people in the aisle. Then we ordered popcorn and and drinks, and it never came. Very poor experience.

First time to film (but certainly not the last) at the Cinema Pub since the theater’s renovation. Good test of audience viewing seeing three hour “Oppenheimer.”
Lounge seating with generously spaced adjustable chairs was almost too comfortable. No longer were there the leftover smells of previous audience diners’ fries. Waitstaff was unobtrusive. This was particularly important to me because I come to watch the film not to eat. Projection and sound we’re fine.
I’m thankful not to have to go out of town to see movies any more.

We watched Oppenheimer in comfy seats while eating dinner. The cheeseburger and fries were restaurant quality. My husband's local beer was very good. The waitstaff was attentive. The theater was small, but the seats were so nice, and I hate crowds anyway so it was a win for me. A nice evening activity.

The renovation is fantastic , world-class, with large comfy reclining seats. The concept of food & drink while watching a film is wonderful. The service / wait staff is also excellent, attentive and hustling. HOWEVER the movie choices are not good, with way too many ads before the previews. Some of the ads even repeat! The lights in the theatre stay on way too long. We had to request dimming the lights. I suggest they improve the movie selection quality. A few Oscar nominees and - god forbid - even a foreign film would be most welcome! Better movies = larger crowds. And when there is a good crowd , keep the films up longer!

As of July 2021...the Falmouth Cinema Pub is NOT a dinner theatre since they are currently NOT serving food. Available "food" options are only popcorn and candy and no outside food is permitted (even if you order some of their snacks).
Can't wait to get folks hired who want to work so we can have the old Falmouth Cinema Pub back - it's my FAVORITE!!!

Other than having to wait appro 15-20 minutes for someone to come out and greet us everything was really very good. The Cinema is in really a small dinner theater. We played our orders (menu consisted of sandwiches, burgers, pizza, appetizers and basically simple fare). I ordered a BlT sandwich... Requested well done bacon and sandwich on toasted white bread w/mayo. My friend ordered a cheeseburger med-well. Both came with French fries ( I requested mine well done .very crispy. Our entire order was cooked exactly as we asked. Delicious food. I have had BLTs in many restaurants... This was probably the best ever... They did not skimp on the bacon either. We star the Jumanji II. It's wasn't overload, all in all it was a wonderful experience.

Had a wait of about 10 minutes but staff very friendly. Good seats and a great idea to have a drink and snack while watching a movie. Like being in our own living room!

Struggling to understand why the negative reviews we read were so negative. Our experience was top notch.
The first thing you notice walking in is how spacious it is, with lots of leather or faux leather seats, plenty of room to spread out, and a big screen. The second is that it’s clean. We have a similar food/movie combo theater at home and this was much nicer. Perhaps the other theaters in the complex aren’t as nice, but ours was.
The food was good, with decent variety. I had a good quesadilla. Others enjoyed a chicken parm sub, a turkey club and a “pizza dog.” No complaints.
Service was quick, professional and efficient (thank you Benjamin), especially for drinks.
Also, no issue with what people mentioned about movie times. The website and the “MovieFone” line both matched reality.
We’ll be back.
